WLJ partner Gordon Rather has been listed in the 2009 edition of The International Who's Who of Product Liability Lawyers. Through a process that includes interviews and questionnaires of private practice lawyers and corporate counsel, Who's Who seeks to identify and list lawyers who are considered pre-eminent in their fields. Mr. Rather was one of only 313 selected for the 2009 edition of The International Who's Who of Product Liability Lawyers.
Mr. Rather, chair of the firm's Trial Team, has also been named among the Best Lawyers in America every year since 1999 and was named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers list in 2005 and 2006. Mr. Rather is a past president of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates and has participated in that organization's Masters of Trial series. In 2006, he received the Arkansas Bar Association's 2006 Outstanding Lawyer Award.
