Professional Affiliations: He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Tort and Insurance Practice and Litigation Sections, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Jennings is a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation.
Prior Professional Experience: He was Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arkansas from 1973 to 1975.
