Clerkship Program

The Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP clerkship program is the firm's primary tool for recruiting entry-level attorneys.  Law students who have completed at least one year of law school are eligible for our summer and school year clerkship opportunities.  A clerkship provides participating students the opportunity to work with many of our attorneys on many different types of matters.  At the same time, it lets our attorneys get to know the students on a personal and professional level.  In many respects, we regard our clerkships as extended interviews.  Summer clerkships are six-week, full-time positions, and students who clerk during the school-year work between 15 and 20 hours each week.

Each February and September, the firm conducts on-campus interviews at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and the University of Arkansas School of Law.  The firm also invites students attending out-of-state law schools to submit applications directly to the Chair of the Committee on Associates.
