Charles T. Coleman to Speak at the Mid-South Conference on Bankruptcy Law
WLJ partner Charles T. Coleman will be speaking at the Mid-South Conference on Bankruptcy Law to be held in Tunica, Mississippi in February, 2008. The Mid-South Conference on Bankruptcy Law is sponsored each year by the University of Mississippi and draws participants, including lawyers and judges, from throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Mr. Coleman is expected to speak on judgments entered against a mortgage servicer for not applying loan payments in accordance with a confirmed Chapter 13 plan.

WLJ Paralegal to Chair Arthritis Foundation Event
WLJ paralegal Charlotte Anderson is chair of this year's Jingle Bell Run, a 5k race to benefit the Arkansas Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. The race, now in its 16th year, will take place on December 1 in Little Rock's River Market. Part of a nationwide fundraising event, participants in the Jingle Bell Run wear seasonal costumes, tie jingle bells to their shoelaces and take to the streets capturing the best of the holiday season.
