Jung Featured in Walton Perspective

8/25/2011

Adrienne L. Jung, Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP associate, was recently recognized in the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business alumni publication, Walton Perspective.

In the article, “Changing Life Perspectives Through Scholarship: The Boyer Fellowships,” Jung was featured as one of three Boyer Fellowship recipients and discussed the value of receiving the scholarship.  The Fellowships were created in 1999 as a result of a generous gift from Tommy and Sylvia Boyer, with the purpose of encouraging outstanding Arkansas high school students to attend the Walton College.  Jung was the first Fellow announced in 2000.  Only one Boyer Fellow is chosen each year.

Jung credits the Boyer Fellowship for shaping her career path and her success as an attorney.  In her interview with Walton Perspective, she describes the Boyers as “having a strong desire to improve education in Arkansas and keep great talent in the state.”

Jung has been an associate with Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP since 2007.  Her practice centers on commercial litigation, including banking and commercial lending, creditors’ rights and collections, contract disputes and health insurance.  Jung obtained her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business with B.S.B.A. degrees in both Economics and Marketing Management.
