Stuart Jackson Elected to Arkansas Bar Foundation Board

Stuart Jackson was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Arkansas Bar Foundation Board of Directors as a representative for the Central Bar District. The eighteen-member Arkansas Bar Foundation Board of Directors is composed of Fellows elected by the Foundation Membership from each of three state bar districts plus the Arkansas Bar Association President, the Immediate Past President of the Foundation, and the Chair of the Trust Committee, who serve as ex-officio members. The Arkansas Bar Foundation, established in 1958, is a charitable organization with a mission to improve the administration of justice, support continuing legal education for lawyers, and publish reports and other literary works on legal subjects.
Jackson, a partner and chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Team, has been practicing employment law for twenty years. His practice focuses on advising employers on compliance with the civil rights laws and defending employers in litigation and administrative actions. He has been recognized as a "Leader in the Field" by Chambers USA since 2005 and has an AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0 Peer Review Rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
