"What Do I Do Now?" Seminar Addresses Hot Topics in Labor & Employment Law
On Tuesday, June 28, 2016, Wright Lindsey Jennings will host its second “What Do I Do Now?” seminar in Little Rock, focused on challenging Labor & Employment issues. In this seminar, we’ll explore several more scenarios which you could potentially face in 2016, including:
- Realizing you need to transition salaried employees to hourly given the upcoming changes to the DOL regulations;
- Having a manager who wants to fire an employee for a meritless claim of harassment; and
- Having an employee who is transitioning genders.
