Our wage and hour practice is both client-focused and compliance-focused. The attorneys at Wright Lindsey Jennings have extensive experience litigating wage and hour claims, and have defended clients in governmental agency investigations, lawsuits brought by individuals, and class and collective actions.
Notwithstanding the team’s collective litigation experience, our attorneys offer training to and advise clients on a variety of day-to-day matters, including the use of employment agreements and employee handbooks, compliance with the wage and hour laws including the proper classification of employees and independent contractors, and the use of alternative dispute mechanisms before litigation.
